One month ago, on March 28, fans finally got to see the artwork for the covers of the final book, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, and intense debate about the meaning of the imagery on the covers immediately ensued. But there is one small, obscure bit of the new images of the Book 7 cover art we haven’t yet discussed.

Warner Brothers has announced that the final 20 minutes of the Order of the Phoenix movie in IMAX will be three-dimensional. This footage will presumably (and hopefully) include footage of the Ministry fight scene.
Veronika Kwan-Rubinek, President of Distribution, Warner Bros. Pictures International says, “The last 20 minutes in IMAX 3D will add a new element of excitement to the Harry Potter experience, making this a must-see for fans of all ages.We’re looking forward to a long and very successful run.”
Fans in general are excited at this news, ourselves included, and we will update if and when we know more about the scenes to be converted into 3-D.
