We finally have images of the covers of the American and British versions of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, and if these covers are anything like previous Harry Potter book covers have been, these new covers potentially tell us a lot of what is going to happen in Book 7.

The book covers for the adult and children’s versions of Deathly Hallows have been released.

The children’s edition (right) shows an older-looking trio, and the adult version (left) shows a locket, presumably Slytherin’s locket, which is believed to be a horcrux.
The American vesion, as always, will be different. David Saylor, Scholastic’s art director says, “The structures around Harry show evident destruction and in the shadows behind him, we see outlines of other people. For the first time, the cover is a wraparound. On the back cover spidery hands are outstretched toward Harry. Only when the book is opened does one see a powerful image of He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named, his glowing red eyes peering out from his hood.”

The March edition of Ask Draco is now available on the ”World Wide Web” (there aren’t spiders, I asked). You can now send letters for April’s edition, so GET WRITING! It is very boring being on the run. Hiding from aurors, living in awful places, and cleaning up after myself! The thought of it makes me cringe. And on top of all that, the only letters I get are from my father ordering me to break him out of Azkaban! If I this doesn’t end soon, I will go insane. Do you want me to go insane? No. Stop laughing!
All right, all right, I’ll give you one more chance. The first 10 people who write me a letter get to send me some Honeydukes sweets! Now get to work.

It all comes down to this. The big difference between Voldemort and Harry. The only difference that’s really important. It couldn’t be more important to the climax of the Harry Potter Septology Mystery. And the reason we know it’s important is because J.K. Rowling went out of her way to tell us about it, right out, in plain language, not couched in a riddle, in the very first Harry Potter book.

One of the cardinal rules of any story, be it in movie or book form, is that once you introduce time travel, all bets are off. Once you start to “bend-a time and space,” you can do pretty much anything. Of course, if you do it right, this makes for a great story. But beware [...]
